Riding the Palmeraie: Gravel Biking Around Marrakech

Just outside the walls of Marrakech, the Palmeraie offers kilometres of flat gravel tracks between date palms, small farms and earthen villages.

The best time to ride is late afternoon, when the light turns gold and the Atlas peaks glow on the horizon. Bring water, a light layer for the evening and plenty of curiosity.
